Backorder Policy

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. In order to reserve a piece from the incoming goods, payment is collected at time of purchase. Backorders will be fulfilled on the date shown in the title. You will be contacted with updates if there are any delays.

In an effort to conserve resources, all items on orders that include a backorder date within 7 days will be held to fulfill in a single shipment. Dates longer than 7 days will be split into separate shipments.
